  • 3. INVEST IN A TENS MACHINE.

Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation. Basically its a machine in which you place some gel covered pads onto the problem area and the machine emits a small electrical current into the muscle, which stimulates the bodys natural painkiller. Not as scary as it sounds, and I have personally found that once I got used to it, It became my best friend, constantly attached to me when watching TV or reading a book.
