Depression

At some point in our lives, we have come across Depression. It affects us and those around us, but instead of seeking help or talking about it we tend to shy away from those who love and can help us.

MIND

  • MIND run day centres around the uk which offer support and activities in a relaxed enviroment. MIND also offer day centres where you can drop in and have a cuppa whilst talking to others in a similar situation or trained helpers who can offer advice and guidance, Some centres offer free activities such as crafts or talks and have a wide selection of leaflets and books to borrow.
